LINCOLN ACCESS REWARDS™
Lincoln Access Rewards is a complimentary loyalty program for Canadian Lincoln owners that allows you to earn and redeem points on vehicle maintenance, parts, connected services or your next Lincoln purchase. You can manage your points and explore offers via the Lincoln Way App or through the Lincoln Canada Support platform.
How to Join
- Enrollment: You are automatically enrolled by downloading the Lincoln app (formerly Lincoln Way) and accepting the Terms and Conditions.
- Eligibility: Available to all Canadian residents – you don't need a new vehicle to participate.
Earning Points
- New Vehicle Purchases/Leases: Earn "Thank You" bonus points based on the vehicle tier:
- 60,000 Welcome Points = $300
- Certified Pre-Owned: Earn 20,000 points.
- Everyday Service & Purchases: Earn 10 points for every $1 spent on eligible Lincoln service, parts, accessories, and connected services at Trillium Lincoln
- Bonus Events: earn 5,000 points for your first service appointment after purchasing a new vehicle (service within 8 months of purchase)
Redeeming Points
Points can be used at Trillium Lincoln towards:
- Service & Maintenance: Cover the cost of labour, parts, and oil changes.
- Accessories & Upgrades: Purchase vehicle enhancements or lifestyle merchandise.
- New Vehicle Purchases: Apply your point balance as a down payment toward a future new vehicle or lease.
- The Rewards Collection: Redeem for curated culinary, travel, health, and wellness experiences –– as available through Lincoln Canada.
- Detailing at Trillium Lincoln –– keep your vehicle shining like new!

- Expiration: Points will expire after 2 years (730 days) of account inactivity.
