Lincoln Way App, compatible with select smartphone platforms, is available via a download. Message and data rates may apply. The Lincoln App (or Lincoln Way) is a complimentary mobile application that lets you control, monitor and manage your vehicle directly from your smartphone. Available for both iOS and Android devices, it works with select Lincoln models to elevate your ownership experience.

• Remote Vehicle Access: Start or stop your engine, precondition the cabin with climate control, and lock or unlock your doors from virtually anywhere.
• Phone As A Key: Turn your smartphone into a traditional key fob. This allows you to lock, unlock, and start select Lincoln vehicles without carrying your physical keys.
• Vehicle Diagnostics: Keep track of your fuel level, tire pressure, and oil life in real-time, and receive alerts about your vehicle's overall health.
• Lincoln Pickup & Delivery: Schedule convenient, door-to-door vehicle maintenance. Trillium Lincoln will pick up your vehicle and leave a Lincoln Loaner in its place (if required).
• Lincoln Access Rewards: Track your reward points and redeem them for services, accessories, or available connected services.
• Roadside Assistance: Request 24/7 emergency roadside help directly from your phone.

How to Get Started

1. Download: Search for and download the Lincoln™ App on the App Store or Google Play.
2. Create Account: Register or sign in with your Lincoln credentials.
3. Add Vehicle: Sync your vehicle using its VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).
4. Activate Features: Follow the in-app prompts to activate modem-based features like Phone As A Key and remote controls.

PHONE AS A KEY™ WITH LINCOLN WAY™ APP

KEYLESS ENTRY IS JUST AN OPENING ACT

Lincoln’s Phone As A Key delivers all of the functionality of a traditional key fob — including keyless door lock and unlock, push button start, trunk release, temporary valet codes, and more.  

Open your Lincoln Way app. At the top of the home screen you'll see “Phone As A Key”. Have both fobs handy and be sitting in your vehicle to complete the setup prompts. 
Your virtual key fob will then be downloaded to your Lincoln Way app. Your Dedicated Lincoln Concierge or Lincoln Delivery Specialists/Sales Associate will help guide you through this process.​
